Ad Tech Experience

Social Media and Mobile technology has seen a tremendous growth in last few years and we cannot ignore the advantages of it in every sector.Everything has become digital these days and social media is new way to brand appearance and connecting the fans.Last year I grab the opportunity to attend the Adtech technology Asia Summit which covers the latest technology and digital marketing concept.The event was organized in month of March in Leela hotel in Gurgaon and involved many session and debate covering various aspects of social media and digital marketing.I got myself registered online and got the entry pass at the entry gate.

The event was a major success and all passes were sold out for both the days.There were networking sessions and meetups sessions at different times of event and people from many international multinational companies were there.I got opportunity to see the launch and demo of new products.There were also opportunities to win some amazing prizes and swags.The topics covered included security over internet transactions,future trends in advertisement and strategy regarding digital marketing over mobile and social applications.There was also some delicious food and tea coffee breaks between the sessions which added to the delight in the event.People attending the conference were really interested and there were many questions sessions giving chance to ask questions to panel speakers and judges.

I am going to attend this event again and cannot afford to miss it at any cost as it gives me opportunity to learn more about digital technology and get in touch with the best people in this industry.

Going social or Virtual

Happiness in life and happy hours are very much needed in our busy life today.The smartphones and gadgets have made us busy so much that we are not much social anymore like our previous generations.We lack patience and commitment in us and the most important thing is having enough time in life to celebrate with closed ones.People give more value to money than life and are seeing relatives on social sites to keep up with them or for communication purposes.I love those days when we used to sit for hours in the open sky and talk with each other in the family.We would carry a bucket of mangoes and eat them.There were no social distractions or work during the night time.Now I see people working for more than 12 hrs in a day and even during the night time.They are no more moonlight dinners or time to even visit the other family relatives house.

The phone has made us addicted to it and social media wave have disturbed our pattern and daily routine.It has offset people from each other and keep them on virtual world.No doubt it has come with many benefits in terms of bringing us close to long distance relatives and saving time and resources.It has brought the great revolution but I find the happy hours concept has changed in a very rapid way.I see even children want the smartphones in their early age which is not the good sign at all.We must do something to bring back the old ways and give more time to family members.I do not post again use of technology but a way to move forward and use it only when it is needed and want to express my opinion with caution to prevent people from getting under its influence.
